1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of volundai.com (the “site”). The site is run by VOLUNDAI SDN. BHD., a company registered in Malaysia, registration no. 202601033385 (1695480-H) (“VOLUNDAI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about us and to contact us. Please don’t:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
- copy or scrape the site’s content at scale
- upload or send anything harmful, such as malicious code
- use the site in any way that breaks the law
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
3. Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date. But its content is general information, not advice for your situation. Please talk to us, or a qualified adviser, before relying on it.
Examples on the site are marked “Example data.” or “Example chat.” They use made-up information to show what our work looks like. They’re not real clients or results, and they’re not a promise of any particular result.
4. The free AI audit
- The free AI audit uses only the answers you give it. Our reply is general information, not advice for your situation, and it doesn’t predict results.
- What happens to your answers is set out in our privacy policy.
- It’s free, and sending it doesn’t commit you to anything.
5. Our services
Written agreement. We provide services only under a written proposal, quote or agreement between you and us (a “service agreement”). If a service agreement and these terms ever conflict, the service agreement wins.
For businesses. Our services are for businesses, not for personal or household use.
Prices. Prices shown on the site are starting prices and exclude any applicable taxes. We confirm your price and scope in writing before you commit. Some clients are invoiced by our billing partner, Globivio Pte Ltd, on our behalf; your service agreement says who invoices you.
AI Consulting.
- Covers AI roadmaps, building and setting up tools and automations (including showing your team how to use them), and ongoing advisory.
- Each piece of work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts.
- An AI roadmap is priced after a free call. If you go ahead with a build within 60 days of receiving it, the roadmap fee is credited in full against it.
Monthly services (the services open on our Services page, such as Front Desk, Site Office and Sales Desk). These are the key terms; the service agreement contains the full terms.
- S$799 a month covers 2 jobs from that service’s list, and each extra job is S$300 a month. The Monday brief is included. A one-off event is S$300. These prices apply up to the size shown on each service’s page; bigger businesses are priced after a call. No set-up fee.
- A 3-month minimum, starting when the service starts after set-up. After that it continues month to month until either of us gives 30 days’ notice.
- WhatsApp message fees are included, within the fair use set out in your service agreement.
- We never take a cut of your payments. Your customers pay you directly.
- Anything that must be signed or submitted by you or your licensed or authorised people, such as licences, permits, tenders or filings, stays with you. We prepare it; you sign and submit it.
- When the service ends, you can ask for your records back. How and when is set out in your service agreement.
6. Bookings and other websites
- Booking a call uses Cal.com. Its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use it.
- Links to other websites are there for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s content and design, and the VOLUNDAI name and logo, belong to us or the people we license them from. You may:
- view the site
- share links to it
- print or save pages for your own reference
Please don’t copy, reuse or change our content or branding without our written permission. Who owns the work we produce for clients is set out in the service agreement.
8. Liability
- The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
- As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss caused by using or relying on the site or the free AI audit. This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our liability for services is set out in the service agreement.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to exclude or limit.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the effective date shown at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so clearly here.
Changes on 20 October 2026: section 4 now covers the free AI audit, and section 5 covers our monthly services and their prices.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to settle it with you in good faith. If we can’t, it may be taken to the courts of Malaysia, which have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
