How it starts

    A free call. We pick your first jobs together.

  2. 2

    Set-up, about two weeks. We connect your WhatsApp Business number. You share your timetable, fee sheet and rules. Each month, one bank statement, and joins, leaves and pauses by the 25th.

    We start. Your first Monday brief arrives the week after.

  • What stays yours

    • Parents hear from your own WhatsApp Business number.

  • What we don’t do

    • Teach, mark work or write practice material.
    • Greet walk-ins or take cash.
    • Payroll, CPF, your accounts or tax.
    • Message people who haven’t agreed.

Questions

Do you use AI? Who checks the work?

Yes. An assistant answers common questions from facts you approve, and says it’s an assistant. A person on our team does the rest and checks every brief. Anything about a child goes to your team. We only message people who agreed to hear from you.

Can I keep using WhatsApp Business on my phone?

Yes. Every one-to-one chat on that number shows for you and for us, so use a number kept for the business. Group chats stay yours alone.

Only need one job?

It’s still S$799 a month, so pick a second. We’ll suggest one on the call.

What does the 3-month minimum mean?

Your first 3 months start when we start, after set-up. After that it’s month to month, with 30 days’ notice. If you stop, your records come back to you.

We already use centre software.

Keep it. We work inside it, or alongside it if it has no login for us.

Do you work with preschools?

Front Desk is for tuition and enrichment centres. If you teach classes inside preschools, School and preschool contracts covers the paperwork.
